“I was initially impressed by the hotel’s photos on the app, but the reality did not match the expectations upon arrival.
The room lacked proper soundproofing, making it very difficult to sleep due to the constant noise and crowd outside.
Additionally, there was confusion regarding the checkout time. The booking indicated a 12:00 PM checkout, but upon arrival, the reception informed us it was actually 11:00 AM.
We were also asked to pay a deposit, which had not been mentioned or clearly stated……

“ The single bed is quite small for a man, can’t even turn my body to another side. But the space of room itself is pretty good. Clean and about 15 minutes to walk from and to centraal station.
Early check in for 5€ (I checked in at 12 pm) and luggage storage for 3€, the price is fair if you need it.”

“House keeping wasn't doing good. Didn't refill the toilet paper and shampoo. Sometimes didn't replace the towels even they were on the ground. Sometimes didn't even come in the room for cleaning.”
