"Offer the same exact thing you expect for the price you pay, not vary spacious. "

"There was a glitch that didn’t update their system and the reservation, they upgraded me to a larger room to make it right. Great Hotel and excellent customer service."

"Great staff, arrived late, they waited until I arrived. Very nice staff, location is very good and convenient to restaurant and shops. Would definitely use this hotel again."

"Für ukrainische Standards sehr sauber und gepflegt, absolut unüblich in der Preisklasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell, ich kann das Hotel für Leute welche mit der Lage einverstanden sind, ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen."

"We only had one night but it was a great experience. Cheap and very nice. Friendly staff, clean, good location, an av that works properly during a few very warm days "

"Lanet olsun size"

"Sorry to say but this hotel is not open. This war is horrible. :( but it has been some time since they were open so please remove the ad. We drove quite far to discover it is closed. Glory to Ukraine. "

"The Mezzanine was a bit hard to find or at least for my driver . Signage needs to have lights and would have been easy. Only real down side is the walls are like paper and you hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING "

"Из плюсов: хороший, приятный хостел, милый персонал, отличный душ. Прямо в 100 м от Дерибасовской. Есть микроволновка и кофе-машина. Из минусов туалет и раковина отдельно от душа. Кровать 2-го яруса очень низко. В номере нет стульев. Только шкаф."

"Nice and Cozy hotel located 5 min walking distance from the Beach, 15 min by taxi from the City Center. Very clean and comfortable facility. Would come back."

"The property is very modern and nice but the staff made my stay. They all are very helpful and friendly. I would book there again even with the distance from the city center because of the staff. I agree that this should be a 5 star hotel."

"Clean and comfortable place. Very hot on summertime. Good administrator, pure 5* hotel worker (Thank You, Julia)"
