"The staff is rude. The room is super dirty. The area is very loud. Underneath the hotel is a public market the rats are running arround and the garbages they just Leave it in the hallway. The sheet of the bed has an unidentifiable stain, it is really disgusting. We asked the staff to give us New sheets or transfer us in a New room but they refuse. "Terrible, it’s US$20 didn’t expect much. AC didn’t work, I can deal with that, smelled like mold, I can deal with that. Sheets were dirty and had to pay extra for towels, I can deal with that…. Bugs crawling over me when I wake up in the morning, that’s where I draw the line. Wanted to speak with someone and the front desk person wouldn’t answer my question because he couldn’t speak English while he was speaking perfect English. "The location is very center downtown Good. The room I got in leaked & flooded because problem from upstairs, in the middle of 1.45 am. When I was checked in they gave me a room inside the block with a refrigerator & microwave I had to push it back outside and take 15 minutes & inside the room TV was just formality only & couldn't work. No towel was provided & the lift takes down or up must be waiting for around 10-15 minutes. I'd rather use Airbnb or hotel nearby. Thanks for your perfect...
