“房間清潔只可以用一般來形容，櫃檯前職員也算是幾好，剛剛我的房間洗手間燈的感應失效，職員查看查後立刻換房，這點也算幾好；早餐也算可以，因這只係兩星酒店；泊車也算方便；但係房間內浴室設計就差到難於接受，內裏連放一件布巾同替換衣服的地方都沒有，沐浴後只能光脫脫濕立立的行出浴缸外才能取毛巾衣服，我相信一粒星的酒店也沒有這個失敗的設計。”

“We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. ”

“I'd booked the higher floor terrace flat. There was a really bad smell of cigarettes in the flat - all over the bedding and extremely foul smell in the microwave to the extent that it could not be used. My guess is the flat was used by heavy smokers and drinkers before as there was tissue paper stuffed in the smoke alarms in the bedroom and in the living room to prevent the alarm from going off due to smoke. While the flat itself is new and the amenities are good, there is no governance to make……
