“Visited for the sugar mad carnival season. Location was walking distance to the downtown area where most of the festivities happened. Room was nice and cozy had microwave and fridge and the property had a communal kitchen. If hotel staff is not on site, they are very quick and responsive via cell phone call or what’s app. Will def visit again and stay here ! ”

“Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.”

“Amazing property with a great location, and amazing and very responsive host (Dean). He even reached out to us knowing there were flight issues on the island before we did and offering help. If you're looking for a place to stay on St. Kitts, I doubt you'll find better than this property. The property is very nice, with all modern appliances and amenities, great air con and wifi, and located conveinent walking distance to Frigate Bay, local restaurants and bars, and 20min walk to RAMS grocery……
