"A simple Japanese style hotel, shared toilet and bathroom, everything is clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is in front of a cable car station, just like ski-in ski-out. If you go in the winter wuth large luggage better take a taxi at hus station or vall the hotel to pick you up, it is very hard to toq the luggage uphill on icy road."

"The elderly couple that own the property were very nice and accommodating. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lodge is dated but acceptable. Note that you will need the owner to drive you around during winter seasons as it is near impossible to walk up the icy/snowy hills to reach the lodge.
