"Super easy. I arrived past the check in window but staff arranged an easy way for me to collect my keys. The location is also very convenient and I felt safe. I didn't expect my room to be cleaned overnight, but it was. I would stay again "

"The location was amazing. The accomodation itself is OK, I personally found thet it was relatively noisy and the balcony couldn't be closed. Not all storage shelfs could be used because the doors were broken. There are 6 beds in a room but only 2 socket outlets and one little table. However, it was clean and totally OK if you are staing for a night."

"Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature."

La entrada es por el hotel Ibis y no estava senyalizo, lo que nos dificultó poder encontrarla, la limpieza podria estar mucho mejor ya que en rincones y debajo de la cama habian restos de mucho polvo. El menaje de la cocina, como las paellas muy sencillas para el ptecio que tiene este apartamento."

"Lo mejor del camping es la cercanía con el centro y la amabilidad de todos sus empleados! Lo peor que los baños son muy viejos… Quizás también tenemos un poco de culpa por coger una habitación con baño compartido (algo que no leí con las prisas). Esta más indicado para viajes de jóvenes en grupo! La próxima vez, reservaremos con más antelación un bungalow"
