"新しく綺麗でアメニティーも充実していた。 一棟ごとに分かれているので、子供達が走り回っても周りを気にする事なく過ごせた。 ご飯も丁度良い量で美味しかったです。 次は従兄弟たちも誘って、大人数でワイワイ利用したいです。"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"A good stay. So central to everything. Small room, but the price was right. Front desk, and housekeeping very friendly."

"人数変更をしましたが、即時ご対応いただけてありがたかったです。三世代大人七名、幼児一名でゆっくりくつろげました。生ビールサーバーとアイスクリームマシンがフロントに備えてあるのは好感度大でした（午前中には生ビールサーバーは閉じてありますが）。また伺いたいと思います。星5つをつけたかったのですが、今後の期待をこめて4つとさせていただきました（Expediaのお問い合わせフォームからのやりとりがちょっとうまくいかなかったので……）。"
