“The people at the front desk weren’t very helpful and after my first day, I stopped by the front desk to ask them about getting some clean towels and they said that I had to notify them before 9 o’clock to get room service on that day, but they didn’t tell me that when I checked in. The people working the front desk were little below average as far as being nice and helpful. I’ve stayed at this hotel before about eight months ago and it has gone downhill since then. It appeared to me that they……

“This is a big hotel - and it was loud at night. The people above us stomped around until well after midnight. There were no plates or utensils in the room, but there were appliances. The TV remote did not work well, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. At least the front desk had a new hair dryer for us, once we walked down to get it. There were some seedy looking folks wandering around the parking lot, so I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t with a group. Nice that they have breakfast……

“Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot something in the fridge, called to ask if I could return later that afternoon to get it, and not only did they hold it for me, but they also put it in the kitchen fridge so it stayed cool! This increased my perception of the hotel because the room I was staying in was not very clean. The bathroom contained many different kinds of hairs that were not mine and there were a few little spots that appeared to look like blood on part of the……

“Look, it's a Marriott Courtyard. For the most part you get what you pay for. But $500 a night!! Apparently, there was some sort of college football game happening however the game was over the day after I arrived. Simply put, it's price gouging. In addition, after 9 PM there wasn't anyone at the front desk. And for 500 bucks a night, one would think a simple breakfast would be included.”
