「The staff went above and beyond 」

「Room was very freshly equipped and very cozy and spacious. Simple but nice hotel - the drawback was that the reception was small with only one desk. The location is very convenient and closer to the airport - the Yandex Go taxi ride at night from the airport was only 1,900 kzt (USD3.5).」

「The staff is friendly and helpful. We do not understand Russian so we translated our conversations. They are patient and tried best to help. The breakfast is incredibly good including everything you can think of, bread, pastry, hot dishes, fruit, milk, salad, and more. We are happy」

「The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola.」

「Overall, this was a nice and clean place to stay there was an unpleasant smell in the cabin and the main shower head didn’t work in one of our cabins and the glass in the patio was too high blocking the view. 」
