"The hotel is located at a quiet place alongside the lake, while you could not reach the lake beach there was no beach there. The staff were very friendly, but the carpet in our room is very dirty. We booked a lake view room but couldn’t see the lake just the trees(maybe the room is in the lower level) "

"We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at Lamp No Yado Moritsubetsu. We were two couples and took two Japanese-style rooms, both of which were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome from the start. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery.

but you cannot open the window since it is near main road with loud noise from trucks.
