"The location of the property is fantastic it is situated right beside the ferry port and close to the national park. The national park itself is absolutely stunning highly, highly recommend. The hotel itself is a 3 star which i think is correct, I took the option of the breakfast and dinner buffet which was excellent value and really nice. The staff on site are excellent, big thanks to Petra on reception who was extremely helpful all of the time and super friendly. "

Georgia was happy to give us recommendations for which water taxi to use to avoid high prices, restaurants nearby, and offered to hold our luggage after check out when our ferry didn’t leave for a few hours. Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. Highly recommend Lorena for stay in Mljet!"

"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". The equipment was good for our short stay and the balcony...
