“The resort landscape is amazing. The service from maintenance and the receptionist are excellent but the cafeteria ladies are not quite hospitable (they should learn how to SMILE). The hotel must do something with the mosquitoes. The housekeepers should clean the rooms well, dust the furnitures, sweep the floor under the bed and must replace the linens with new ones.”

“This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. ”

“The staff are very helpful, professional, and polite. They provided me with local knowledge to get to the main Sabang Beach boardwalk. The hotel is conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The grounds are very relaxing. The pool was clean. The rooms are well kept and very comfortable. The restaurant provided a great breakfast menu. For lunch I had a delicious fiddlehead salad locally known as Pako. I stayed 3 nights.”

“Outstanding customer service by their entire staff! Yvone Ramos, the manager, along with Rochelle and Jen at the front desk accommodated our date alterations. Also, Billy at the restaurant was very prompt at our service needs. I want to ensure these hard workers get recognized! For sure this is the best place to stay in Baler!
