“Upon arrival, we noticed there was no water. I called the front desk to notify and I was told they knew there was no hot water but that we should have cold water. I was later informed that technician installed the pump backwards and that water should be restored soon. Water returned later that night, but not hot water for the entire weekend. I had to make arrangements to shower at a gas station during my stay. Restroom was also poorly cleaned. I found hairs in the tub and feces under the……

“This hotel was pretty new and it was beautiful! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Super clean!”

“The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room”

“The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.”
