“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”

“Hotel is old (1960s style) and could use some updating. It is clean and relatively well maintained. The room was comfortable and well appointed including a refrigerator. The internet worked perfectly. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Parking adjacent to hotel is convenient (seven dollars per night). I used the restaurant on the lobby level; food, service and pricing were fine. Numerous fast food restaurants across from the hotel. Absolutely cannot walk to downtown Cincy or to Great……

“We had several issues with some elderly people we had with us. Rav went out of her way to accommodate us and make us happy. Don’t have enough good thing to say about her! Great employee!”

“I was able to do early checkin with only a $15 dollar charge. It was clean and inviting . MY major complaint was the landscaping crew started tearing out landscaping with heavy equipment VERY first thin g in the morning. Every back up was beep beep beep, and the diesel motor to go with it.”

“The hotel is in beautiful condition and is very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and effecient, despite the language barrier. There is a design flaw in their handicap accessible showers. The floor is tilted outward and the water floods into the hallway.”

“We had a great time! The hotel was comfortable and felt very safe. There were a lot of restaurants and activities within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional. The only complaints I have is that the hotel restaurant wasn’t very nice and there was really no parking. The valet parking offered by the hotel was expensive. However, there were several reasonable priced parking garages nearby. ”
