“The whole building smelt so bad. The staffs weren’t engaged at all, just watching their phones, hanging out with other staffs. Constantly made me wait for absolutely nothing. Would not stay there ever again. Made my whole trip like an absolute waste.”

“I accidentally booked this Hotel, it was not in the correct location l was seeking. My mistake entirely. It was a lovely little Hotel but it had nothing around it within walking distance and Karaoke at night time so loud you couldn’t sleep with balcony doors open. With balcony doors closed it was quiet and aircon worked really well. Room was Large, very clean and comfortable beds. The location was too far away and too costly to travel every day back and forth to Nha Trang Central, $17 AUS one……

“Can’t believable that they told us stole the cups that used to swish mouth while we were waiting for our deposit to be refunded. They didn’t want to refund our deposit and hold us back until I told them to go check on my car. Then they let’s us go. Bad service here. We were almost late for our flight.”
