“The staff made my stay comfortable and went beyond to see that I had what I needed. I arrived during the first winter snow and was given a room on the bottom floor right near the entrance door so carrying my luggage wasn't such a chore. The rooms are large and well maintained. Both the morning and evening staff were friendly and accomodating. When the washer failed to spin my clothes, Elizabeth dried them for me and brought them to my room all folded! “This was a darling place for young skiers to stay. Check in was a little glitchy as we never received a code to the door until 6:30 when we asked for it. It was Christmas day, so we gave a little grace on that. It is very convenient to the hill and has a fun bar above. Open 4-11. During open hours, it is very loud in the room.
