“Here’s a Hotels.com-style review with a slightly more detailed, balanced tone: Disappointing stay with major comfort and service issues Our stay started off on a concerning note, as we were asked at check-in to leave a positive review in exchange for free sauna access. We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional. The room itself was visually nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioning did……

“Superb! We stayed on route back to Czech from Turkey and so pleased we booked here. The rooms are wonderful with good beds and pillows (a must for my wife) and great restaurant and breakfast. The service was equally as good with all the staff helpful and particularly Daniel and Milan in the restaurant who genuinely made us feel welcome and relaxed after 9 hours of travelling. Thank you and highly recommended!”

“We stayed on the ground floor. The hallway and room had moldy smell. We had to open the window to try clearing up the smell, but still didn’t help. The front desk lady during check-in was not friendly at all. She seemed to hate her job, no smile on her face and not interested in answering questions. The bathroom was extremely small. No separate shower, the entire tiny bathroom was the shower space. So had to stand next to the toilet and sink to shower and water splashed over everything on the……
