「Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). Our morning walks were fun and refreshing, as we enjoyed the slightly cooler...

「Peaceful, lovely and great access to the New River Trail. A wonderful experience for our 29th wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back!」

「The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients.」

Darlene and Dave are fantastic hosts, super personable and absolutely made our stay memorable. We’d highly recommend considering your stay with them when in the area. 」

「Beautiful and well appointed apartment located on ground floor of a two story townhouse. Owner offered frequent communication and we really enjoyed our stay. A long term Tennant lives upstairs but there is ample privacy and separation between the two apartments, our paths never crossed.」
