「The staff was lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel as well. The only issue I had was my microwave in my room wasn’t functional. Which sadly put a damper on my stay considering I arrived late the night before. Other than that loved my visit.」

「The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」

They said they were almost out of rooms but they could find me a room for $240. I spent the next hour trying to get through to Expedia. THEY had a record of my booking but Hampton Inn didn't care. Expedia said that maybe I would get first reservation refunded- $179. But I still had to pay the $240. When I finally gave up and...

「This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls.」
