“The stay and room was great. One problem, the shower was low in pressure and the shower rod was pulling out of the wall and the curtain would not stay pulled. Other than that it was a very big and clean room.”

“The front entrance is not on Gervais Street as the address indicates and you cannot enter that door without an access card. The parking and entrance is on Lady Street. ”

“Beautiful hotel! Our room was super clean and spacious. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Valet service was affordable at $24.00. Love that! Starbucks downstairs was convenient. 5 minute walk to the capital building. Will definitely stay here again in the future! 😊”

“The hotel accommodation very spacious and comfortable. I'm assumkng they were doing renovation on my floor, because my room was partially painted in some areas. I will suggest that they put microwaves in their rooms. Thats my biggest issue with Hyatt. Other then that it was enjoyable.”

“We stayed here just a single night while going to my wife's army basic training graduation and i wished we had stayed the full 3 days here. We booked somewhere else for the other 2 days but they didnt have any rooms for the first night so we picked this place. The rooms are quite like you cant here other people through the walls or above you. Its beautiful and they have great food you can order on the main floor. We had to leave before they serve breakfast but its looks like it would have been……
