“no beach”

“Booking via a 3rd party hurt me in the end. When I arrived, I was immediately told my reservation had been moved to a sister hotel. I received no email or phone call as they stated when you book with a 3rd party, no contact information is provided to them. The first manager at the courtyard was rude! At the Residence Inn, they upgraded my room to a 2 bdrm suite for the inconvenience; however, as I was exiting the shower, the entire shower door came off the hinges and fell on me! This is a 20……

“Overall it was a great location. The pool and beach were really nice, but I don’t think you should have to pay to use the chairs on the beach when you’re already paying quite a bit to stay on the beach. They should be included. The hotel itself was clean, but the floor in our room seemed rather dirty. Our socks were black when wearing them in the room. The toilet would make a gurgling sound sometimes in the middle of the night and the a/c would make clicking noises throughout the night at times.……

“The private beach is the best part of this hotel. The beach grill and bar serves good food and drinks delivered right to your beach chair. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is well within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Definitely a good choice.”
