「The stay was fine overall and a decent place to lay your head for the night. It's close to most of the stuff downtown when is convenient. My only gripe is the elevator was quite slow and we resorted to just walking the stairs when we came and left haha.」

「The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor, so had to drag 2 large suitcases up the steps which wasn't ideal. We had heard that it had been out for awhile so that was a little concerning. The pool was also closed while we were there for an issue of some sort. Along with the hot tub. The condo itself was very nice, lots of space and all the amenities of home. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. 「The Indigo Hotel has been recently renovated, rooms are new and updated. The beds are confortable. The hotel is centrally located in Downtown Asheville allowing you to be in downtown , but still in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly. Hope Christiansen from the front desk went out of her way to help me with a package. This is my second stay at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Asheville and I intend to return on my next trip to Asheville.」

「Friendly staff. Nice environment with rooftop views bar which serves tasty pizzas. Spacious room. Complementary reception is an extra bonus! Definitely recommend it!」

「Very nice hotel and great location. Clean and very friendly staff. Pool area should be kept cleaner and someone should monitor folks that have been over served at the pool. Roof top bar is a wonderful perk. The only negative is that they charge for parking. The lot was never totally full even on July 4th weekend. Didn’t mind too much until I was charged for the day that we checked out. Fair to only charge per night, not day. Don’t let that deter you. Nice place!」
