「The room itself wasn't bad, it was cleanandcomfortable. It's the area that made our stay feel unsafe. Parking is horrible, very tight. Drug deals going on by the dumpster, right out of our window, we saw it all! And the staff, the 1 I dealt with acted like we were bothering her when checking in. She kept saying my card declined, after 20 minutes she finally tells me I need the card I booked with. She had my card and could see it was a different card, but continued to run it. Then my security...

「The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty.」
