“The check-in was friendly and informative. The room was quiet and mostly clean but there was some damage to the sofa and a desk chair probably from a dog. We reported it. It was not that easy getting Wi-Fi but we finally got in. Never had that problem at any other Marriott. The breakfast was good.”

“Absolutely incredible stay at the Bent Mountain Lodge! This spot is a hidden gem - the property has incredible views, beautiful lodging & gracious hosts. We were visiting Roanoke for the marathon and brought our 2 dogs. When we got to the race, we found out our pups had been barking (anxious to be in a new place alone). Getting ready to come back and nix the race, the owners let us know that they got them from our room & would watch them until we returned. Can’t thank Ginger & David enough for……

“The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom door in the basement didn’t close. The wood shudder inside the house on the windows didn’t close fully. The house had an old smell and animal pee. I did one load of laundry and noticed plumbing was duct taped together and held up by yellow electrical wire and had negative fall. I contacted Courtney before staying and she was a pleasure to chat with and made sure there was dress propane there for us to grill and have some good recommendations on……
