“Walked into my room and it smelled like trash. When I asked for a different room they gave me the only other available, I assumed it was a suite as I had originally bought but they had downgraded me and told me I would not get a partial refund for it.
They also advertise an indoor pool but it is never working. Stayed for 4 days and they told me it would be working by the next day after I checked in and it never ended up opening because “they needed a part”. Talked to other guests that have……

“I booked this stay for my mobility limited, elderly mother. The staff was so incredibly kind, allowing me to visit the room before my booking to make sure the hotel would work for my mother’s needs. During her stay, the staff realized that my mother had a difficult time opening the door to her room, so they took it upon themselves to make her a plate for breakfast morning and bring it to her. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff, and excellent……
