「The staff was great and helpful.」

「Clean and comfortable hotel. They upgraded me to a larger room at no cost (and without my asking). Good location with many dining options and a shopping district close by. Also a nice park kitty-corner across the street on either side of a river - great for an afternoon walk.」

「After they confirmed our reservation for four weeks, at the last moment, a day before our arrival, they cancelled saying they are full. They are not reliable nor credible. Their idea of a reservation is to cancel at their whim. With this breach of trust, we would advise anybody to reconsider "making a reservation."」

「Although the hotel had a simple appearance, the exceptional warmth and kindness of the staff completely washed away my fatigue, allowing me to enjoy a truly restful sleep.
