「Spoke to the manager and a staff member when we left...(both) did not seem concerned. The windows leak air, whistle and allow lots of road noise. The bathroom door in the king executive suite will lock by itself, do not close the door prior to bed or you will be locked out until maintenance shows up to unlock it for you. The shampoo was empty. However, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.」

「It was a terrible stay. The bathroom in our room was so dirty. Mens beard hair in the sink, long women’s hair on the bathroom floor. Toothpaste splatter on the counter, faucet and mirror. Dirty counter top. Our toilet paper roll had a couple of squares on it, they didn’t even bother to replace it with a new roll. When we told the front staff all they said was sorry about that and did nothing to try and make it right. All this had us questioning everything in the room. Not a good night. 」
