“Perfect. Everything was outstanding. We were there for Thanksgiving, so the large well equipped kitchen was a must and i came through. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. ”

“Lovely four days at the beach! This unit is located in a large, busy rental complex with good beach access, a pool that keeps the kids happy, and busy parking lot. The porch overlooks the parking lot, looking toward the ocean, and gets a lovely sea breeze. The jnit is clean, comfortable and functional. It is an easy drive into Charleston and to John's Island, where there are lots of great restaurants and sites to visit.”

“We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and relaxing. View from balcony was good. Had a musty smell but a little febreeze took care of that. Was clean and comfortable.”

“Beautiful house at a fantastic location. Fully renovated with very durable materials and appliances. Very clean house and a very good service of Island Realty Vacation Rentals. We will definitely come back again. It’s a quiet location, far away from the noisy party zones. We did long walks on the beautiful beach and enjoyed the sound of silence. ”

“Condo is a bit older, but well maintained and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Excellent location-County Park/Beach is across the street. Shopping and restaurants walking distance. Great beach. Pool looked nice and well-maintained/clean. The owner is not on site, but he very conscientious and responsive. ”
