"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. "I really like the location of this hotel/onsen. It's right on the river and you can hear and view it as you soak in the onsen or as you're enjoying tea in your room. The staff tried their best to help us in english. Between that and Google we were able to figure things out. The only disappointment is that meals were included but we were never told that we had to reserve and same day reservations are not permitted. "China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also.
