「Good」

「The hotel appears nice, clean and well maintained from the lobby area. However one section of rooms (garden I believe) is very much run down and in bad condition compared to the rest of the hotel. This wasn’t evident in the photos or explained at any point. Bed was clean, but that’s about the only positive from the experience. Onsen was very nice.」

「Nice to have free shuttle bus」

「Hotel is old but room is spacious. Close to both JR and Keisei Narita Stations.」

「The facilities a bit old fashioned. 」

「Very new and clean, breakfast was various. I will book this hotel again next time when I go to Japan.」
