「I'd strongly suggest a "Superior" room, as those are the only ones with air conditioning, and you'll probably want that. It's clean and safe, and the staff speak "hotel English", i.e., most standard questions they can handle. We wanted information on bus tickets to Ceterveri, and this had to be managed in Italian, which I'd expected, but none of them had ever used that bus and had no idea where exactly to get tickets. We eventually found out, and to their credit, they asked us afterwards and...

「this is a cool old hotel... we had a balcony looking out over the black sand beach and could hear the surf all night... it was gorgeous and an easy walk from the train station... also an easy walk to innumerable restaurants and pizza places... 」

「Residence composto da mini appartamenti. Zona tranquilla ma sulla piazza quindi con un po' di servizi. A due passi dal lago e molto vicino a Roma. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione ma tutto sommato consigliato per famiglie」

「The transportation sucks. The staff are all great. No pool, & no dinner. Restaurant but only breakfast.」

「Good hotel and a nice clean room. The bathroom however is very small with a shower cubicle only suitable for a child. The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! Staff were very helpful, quickly responding to all requests, and breakfast is satisfactory.」

「The location in the old town was ideal. It was tranquil, right in the lake ad with many lakeside restaurants and cafes nearby. But because it was a renovated old house there were few windows and as a result slightly claustrophobic. Breakfast was wonderful, with many local pastries and cakes and the option to sit outside by the lake.」
