「For a hotel charging nearly $500 a night, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing.
There was trash in the hallways, and maid service was only provided every other day. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned regularly. It was also a cold weekend, and we asked for an extra blanket for my grandson but never received one.

「This was our first time in Bigfork Montana, and we were so pleased with everything, we stood from 6/14-20/26 and we loved it. Our room was the Private Residence and it was delightfully designed and so comfortable. Loved that we had our own private balcony that overlooked Flathead Lake. Kim the manager was so helpful and arranged for us to have a boat ride for 4 hours and it was amazing. Breakfast was daily available and the Inn is just so beautifully kept. We will definitely be going back...
