「The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

「We had a great and enjoyable stay at Golden Bay Galapagos. The room was meticulously cleaned with very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as you can walk to everything, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. They have the best cocktails in Galapagos.
Look for those freshly made pizzas in the evening. Thank you to an amazing staff
We will absolutely return to Golden Bay Galapagos.」
