“The front lobby was under construction so there were two fold out tables in a hallway but no signage to say what it was. When I asked where the front desk was the person said “I am the front desk”. Construction closed down the pool area. I booked this hotel for the pool and there was no warning prior to arrival that the pool was closed. My room was also right over the construction so as I was trying to relax in my room and read a book(because I couldn’t sit at the pool and do that) all I……

“Liked the room and cleaning staff, very friendly. Very disappointed by the breakfast staff, very rude and even racist. Please train. I come and stay at this property very frequently.”
