"I had an excellent stay overnight en route to my final destination. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderfully comfortable. The lady at reception was really helpful to point me to the train station instead of a taxi for my final destination- much more comfortable ride and much less expensive. She also arranged a taxi for me to the station. "

"The room was Ok. The hotel staff had an 'I don't care' attitude since its so much in demand hotel. We are pretty sure other hotels around like Judy's Hotel etc. have good accommodations as well. This one had a very cool common terrace with mountain view for all. No breakfast or lunch was included for the high price that we paid"

"The accomodation is located within Lijiang Ancient Town. Cars are not allowed to drive within the town and so customers will be required to contact the hotel staff to arrange manual trolley transport of the luggage to the hotel as it is about 5 minutes of walking from the nearest entrance. The room was overall clean with an unique interior design aligned with the ancient town.
