“Excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. Apartment was clean with good AC. Washer/dryer was out of service. I reached out to management for repair. They instructed me to send them a video showing them the problem. Internet in apartment is ridiculously slow. I spent an hour looking for a coffee shop to upload the video. Waste of time during a family vacation. After they finally got it, they wanted ME to call their repairman. Really? You want me to schedule a repair for your……
