“Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right!”

“Let me start with the GOOD!! First, the location was fantastic! It was just a couple minutes' walk from everywhere we wanted to visit this trip. The price was wonderful compared to others in area. Lastly...the staff was very good with a few being absolutely exceptional. Those would be Jonathan, who was working the check in area when we arrived! Very welcoming, communicative, friendly, and helpful!! The other two exceptional employees we encountered were John and Toiya who worked in the……
