“The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good.”

“My stay was short and everything was excellent except for the rudeness of the shuttle driver coming from airport. He started by driving past us at shuttle location, he never asked where we were going, he didnt want to help with my luggage even though he saw i had a orthopedic boot on, he dropped off airport staff at Hyatt House and when I said im at Hyatt place he stated its across street. When asked if he would take us over to the hotel he stated "I guess so." The front desk clerk was very……

“The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Besides that, rusty irons in the room, no coffee maker, old building, strong smells in the lobby. I won’t recommended, specially for those who travel with kids.”
