「We had to drive to another resort to check in after 8pm. Not convenient when you are tired and it's cold outside. Disappointing for a lovely resort」

I called before our stay to ask about ATV rentals the lady that answered the phone was rude and not helpful to answer any of my questions. We ate at the resturant on propertry the food was good but the waitress never checked on us and we waited 20 minutes for the check. This was my second time staying at the lodge. 「Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. 」
