「We were informed of a water leak in the kids bedrooms upon checkin via a letter. From the water stains, it is not recent & could have been disclosed weeks ago. We had no choice but to put up with the leak with beach towels to absorb it. We were then slugged with an extra fifty bucks on checkout even though we left the kitchen clean and even ran the diswasher. The host hung up on me when I asked for photo evidence of her claim of a “filthy kitchen”. The operators are dodgy so be very careful...
