“The entire staff was excellent. Front desk staff was very courteous and promptly addressed our questions and needs. Large rooms in great condition, and most comfortable pillows I've experiences (which is a rarity in hotels). Breakfast arrangement and choices were good and the area was clean. “The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”

“Very friendly hotel. Nice room with view of the Space Needle and well located for a walk to the harbour and Pike’s Place. Seattle is hilly but I loved walking around. The gym was small but was fine for my needs and the pool was tiny with a hot tub. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed my stay really well located for a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and the Pacific Centre. ”
