“Dropped off our luggage at 10am knowing check-in wasn’t until 3 but we got in early and wanted to head to Universal. Staff looked after our luggage for the day, super kind. Returned that even to another very kind front desk person who got us checked in and discussed morning transportation options. Again, super kind! Checked out this morning with an equally kind front desk staff member. I was very impressed with all 3… good reception is hard to come by and these three guys were very pleasant and……
