"staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean the only issues is there was a coffee machine but not available till after 2pm and they didnt provide a coffee in the rooms. Other than that great place"

"Hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station. The rooms are spacious by Japen standard and clean. Also having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room is a plus."

"Convenient location- easy access to plenty of malls connected by the underground mall that leads to the train station. The room was really stuffy though, the air conditioner didn't work "

"Generally ok hotel stay for the price but there is a very heavy smell of cigarettes in the hallway and rooms, even on the sheets. Considering this was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, either they are not enforcing it well, or not doing enough to clean it. "
