“The location was wonderful and activities were close by. Staff went out of their way for us especially Sasha at the front deck. It was nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in our room. What I didn't like was the lack of chairs outside to see the view of the water,which can be easily fixed..”

“We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early. Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival. Room-darkening drapes were missing. There were 2 sets of drape empty drape tracks with pull strings. Horizontal window blinds did not even fit the windows. The closet door swing freely, off its……
