「Great little place and worked perfectly for us and another couple as we were visiting our kids at UF. Even had the girls come and stay with us for a night in the third bedroom, had a movie night and ordered in. Great location, close to campus, shopping, etc. Very clean and convenient. My only suggestion is a couple more pans to cook, if you are looking to cook, we only found one saute pan and one sauce pan. Host was responsive, neighborhood was quiet and safe.」

The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. 「So pleasantly surprised! Our room has been renovated and its wonderful! Comfy beds and the shower is fantastic! No shower curtain to deal with is a HUGE plus! 」

「Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. 」

「The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on...
