“没有想象的那么好，有些吵杂的声音，小孩晚上也没睡好一直哭，当我抱着小孩到楼下去的时候见到柜台小姐我跟她打招呼她居然没有理我！”

“Overall great stay, especially for the price. Was here for a volleyball tournament and the location was great for getting to the convention center, the West End, and restaurants in the area. Service was very friendly and helpful. Was not a fan of closing the restaurant early to set up a night club and the pool was closed while we were there, but other than that, would highly recommend.”

“We were greeted and felt welcome, the reception desk is prompt to help your needs, very lovely employees. The rooms are neat and clean, the smell is refreshing.”

“Great overall experience, staff was welcoming and friendly. Let us check in early which was so nice ! Didn’t rush us or disturb us during our stay. Easy check in and no issues at all ! Didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as there was a slight miscommunication as to what time breakfast ends on weekdays and the shower has some stuff in it upon arrival but overall 9/10 and would come back! ”

“It was pretty decent. Not one bad thing to say. The area was quiet but I did see prostitution around by Waffle House. Otherwise a good trip! Awesome stay!”

“If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.”

“Everything was great except they cleaned our room on the second day although I placed the do not disturb tag outside our room. I just don't want anybody coming to our room while we are not around. ”
