"we never got any housekeeping. Front desk they should do it every 3 days but very busy so we never received any housekeeping. Had to keep going to the front desk for towels and TP."

"Carpets especially on the first floor were very stained, the floor in the elevator looked like they hadn’t seen a broom in a while. The windows on the elevator were filthy. But worst of all the whole hotel being older smelled of stale cigarette smoke when renovated they cheaped out. Carpets coming loose from the wall strings hanging out. The linens were clean but dingy. Very dark throughout. The girl at the front desk couldn’t help with several questions I had except if the restaurant next door was good. She was not the best kept for customer service. We have stayed at hotels at this price point as well as being older and we never had a complaint to give. The morning girl at the front desk was filling a plate of food and eating at the desk rather than wiping down the tables. Everyone had been used. We stayed as we were exhausted and the linens were clean if dingy. Otherwise we would have moved on. The Positive the bed somewhat was comfortable"

"Third floor room that I was I was very noisy at night. From around 9:00pm on sounded like a helicopter was hovering outside my window. The bed was worn completely out and was very noisy. Needless to say there wasn’t much sleep. Probably will find a different hotel our next trip to Fenton."
