My evaluation is hardware 2 stars, software no star, the service of staff is terrible, so that I would rather lose the deposit money of one night I ran away from the hotel. At night the hotel is like a ghost house, terrible!”

“住宿价格很优惠，比市中心便宜一半多，便宜90欧元，并且房间面积还比市中心大，就是打出租，也就是11欧元，坐地铁也才1欧元，所以选择这里是比较划算的，但是WIFI分两种，一种收费和一种免费，免费的网速就很慢，只能满足普通游览，下载就不可以了，最大的缺点是空调声音太大。”

“The room was over booked, I can only choose from an inferior room type compared to the one I booked or a standard room without air conditioning for a night. The front desk staff was in bad attitudes. It was totally disappointing that the hotel did not take any action or think of solutions in the afternoon before I arrived the hotel at 2100. The smaller room was unacceptable though I chose under no alternatives. I seriously urged for the refund of the room rate different for the first……

“I can’t believe it is a 4 star hotel, the facility is aged, the wall turns yellow. If you need any assistance, you cannot find any staff in your building and the phone never go through. What makes it worse is there is a night club right next to the hotel and loud music plays from 10 pm until 3.30am. What a nightmare! This is the worst experience in my entire 30 years travelling time.”
