"This hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe. The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries. "

"Very welcoming staff, but unfortunately an aircondition out of order. The swimming pool is not a part of the hotel, and you hava to pay for accessing. The hotel is in general old, and we experienced a fire alarm during night and no one responsible at the hotel to check and turn it off. Big rooms, but definitely not four star"

"The hotel was quiet, and the staff were all very friendly, which was very appreciated. They all tried to quickly resolve any small issues in the room. They had a variety of wines and were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of three. The breakfast menu was not very varied, but it was clean. "This hotel has no idea about hospitality. The first thing we have heard when we arrived after transatlantic flight and a long night drive was:" you didn't park at the right place it's a place for stuff. We have a party so the parking lot is busy". No help was offered with luggage. Not even the idea if they could get the car keys and park the car themselves as they do in the decent hotel.
